Who we are

STREET is a Greek street food business based in Stoke-on-Trent, trading from a mobile food van and at booked events. This policy covers this website.

What we collect

If you send us an enquiry, we collect your name, the contact detail you give us and the details of what you are asking about — the type of event, the date, the location, rough guest numbers and anything else you write in the message. We use it to reply to you, quote for your event and plan the booking if it goes ahead. If you order directly through this site rather than through our ordering system, we also hold the order details you give us.

Our hosting keeps short-term server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site.

Ordering ahead

Ordering is run by a separate provider, embedded on our order page and used by our apps. Your order and payment details go to them, and their privacy policy covers that part. We never see or store your card details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while they are useful — normally up to around two years after we last spoke — and records of completed bookings for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting. We delete them after that.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. It is handled by the services we use to run the business: our website host, the form service that delivers enquiries to our inbox, our ordering provider, and our accountants. If you message us on Instagram or Facebook instead, that conversation sits on their platforms under their own policies.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See our cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just get in touch and we will sort it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather have the chance to put it right first.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
