About these terms
This site is run by STREET, a Greek street food business based in Stoke-on-Trent. "We", "us" and "our" mean STREET. By using the site you accept these terms.
Using this site
Browse it and share links to it freely. The text, photographs, logos and artwork belong to us or are used with permission, so please ask before reusing them commercially. We keep the site up to date as best we can, but we cannot promise it is always available or entirely free of errors.
Menu and prices
What we serve varies by pitch and by event, and popular items sell out. A dish appearing here is not a guarantee it is on that day. Prices are not published on this site because they change depending on where we are trading — the prices that apply are the ones on our ordering system and at the van.
Allergens
Everything is cooked to order in one compact van kitchen, on shared equipment and fryers. We take allergens seriously but we cannot guarantee any dish is free from a particular allergen, and we cannot rule out cross-contamination. If you have an allergy or intolerance, talk to us at the hatch before you order. Vegetarian and vegan labels describe the recipe, not a separate cooking area.
Ordering ahead
Orders placed through the order page or our apps are handled by a third-party ordering provider, and their terms cover the order, the payment and the collection process. Anything that goes wrong with the food itself, tell us and we will put it right. Collection times are our best estimate and can slip when we are busy.
Event enquiries and bookings
An enquiry through this site is not a booking. Nothing is held until we have confirmed the details in writing and you have accepted our quote. That quote sets out the specific terms for your event — what is included, timings, access, deposit and cancellation — and those take priority over this page if they differ.
Our responsibility
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have expected.
Links and other sites
Where we link elsewhere — our ordering system, our apps, our social pages — we are not responsible for their content or their terms.
